The space
The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a full bathroom attached. The living room has a pull up sleeper sofa that transforms into twin bunk beds. In the living room, you'll experience a 75" smart TV equipped with all necessary streaming apps. This unit is very picture worthy with mirrors, wallpaper, and all the works. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cookware and kitchen utensils. We paid attention to every detail to ensure your stay is an enjoyable and memorable one!

Perfect
We were so happy with our accommodations. Our host, Ava, was very responsive and she left a hand written welcome note which was a nice touch. She had an easy YouTube video instructions on how to open up the bunk bed. The condo was beautifully decorated, well equipped, and safe/secure. The nice touches were that there were light snacks, soap, shampoo/conditioner and even Qtips. We will definitely come back to stay. The condo was close to Broadway which made our Uber rides reasonable. If you are thinking about going to Nashville, then look no further, this is the place to stay! Thank you Ava for being a great host!
My 2nd stay
This is my second time stay at one of these rental properties. It’s always great and so pretty. This location is super fun and vibrant. It located close to everywhere in the city. A short drive so ride share is the way to go. Parking is crazy in Nashville so being close enough for a ride share is the best! Enjoy!!
